From the balcony of this cosy 3-room holiday apartment, you’ll enjoy a magnificent view of the North Sea.

The location
The duplex apartment spans floors 1, 2, and 3 and faces northeast. The kilometer-long sandy beach is just 100 metres away. Numerous shopping options, restaurants, and cafés are within easy walking or biking distance. The surrounding area offers great recreational and family activities, such as the popular Hooksiel water ski lift with its large sun terrace. Our family tip: Take a guided mudflat hike!


Amenities The apartment features free Wi-Fi. This non-smoking holiday home consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a storage room on the ground floor. The open kitchen and the balcony with a sea view are located on the second floor. Another bedroom with two single beds and a second bathroom with a shower are located on the third floor.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, air fryer, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, egg cooker, hair dryer, as well as a 32-inch SMART TV, a hi-fi system, an iron, and books and board games.
You can book a cot and a high chair for an additional fee upon request.

Special features
Both bedrooms have insect screens on the windows. The “Hus Strandkieker” offers shared use of a coin-operated washing machine and dryer, a secure storage area for bicycles in a storage room, and a parking space available free of charge. Pets are not allowed in the duplex apartment.
