Wir kommen seit Jahren hier nach kühlungsborn und haben immer Upstalsboom als Vermieter, weil hier einfach alles stimmt, vom Service,Freundlichkeit des gesamten Personal, selbst ,wenn mal ein Problem besteht wird sofort alles behoben. Wir sind rundum zufrieden mit allen bisherigen Wohnungen. Wir kommen auch nächstes Jahr wieder und wieder und wieder.Nur bestens zu empfehlen.

Kritik: Das Holz der Terasse war uneben und einige Bretter waren Hochgekommen(Stolberfalle) Den Lichtschalter für Draussen konnte ich nicht finden. So habe ich die Sicherrung ausgeschaltet.Ansonsten eine schöne Ferien wohnung für 2- 3 Personen.Ruhig und super gelegen.

Nicht besonders gut gefallen hat uns, dass wir täglich von vormittags bis abends vom Baltic-Platz her mit wummernde, zum Teil hämmernede Musik, beschallt wurden. Auf dem Balkon konnten man sich unmöglich länger aufhalten. Sonst war alles okay. Man sollte vielleicht mal darüber nachdenken, ob in der Tiefgarage nicht ein Platz geschaffen werden kann, damit auch diejenigen, deren Fahrzeug zu hoch für den zur Wohnung gehörenden Stellplatz ist, ihr Gepäck problemlos ausladen bzw. bei Abreise wieder einladen können.
