The holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of this beautiful villa, facing southwest. The expansive sandy beach and the promenade are just a few metres away. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find numerous shopping options, restaurants, and cafés. There are also a variety of recreational activities available, such as the OstseeTherme, tennis courts, and the sailing, surfing, and kitesurfing school. The popular Heringsdorf pier, with its shops, restaurants, and shell museum, is within easy walking distance.
