This beautiful Wilhelminian-style villa is distinguished by its distinctive architecture. It was completely renovated in 1995. The building contains 12 apartments. Guests have access to a washing machine/dryer and a locked bicycle storage area. Each holiday apartment comes with a parking space next to the building. The beach is 50 metres away. Located between the piers in Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck, both town centers are just a few minutes’ walk away.



Villa Caprivi App. 12C:

The beautiful 3-room apartment 12 is located on the top floor of Villa Caprivi and is accessible via the staircase. The spacious living room features a cosy couch area, a dining table, and a built-in kitchenette with a dishwasher, oven, and stove. From the living room, you can access the covered balcony on the side of the apartment, which offers a view of the lake. There is one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds.
The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub.
The entire apartment is tiled with terracotta and has underfloor heating.



Check-in is from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m., and check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
