The “Strand-Park” has direct access to the Heringsdorf beach promenade. The 57-square-meter Upstalsboom 2-room penthouse apartment, ussp232, with views of the greenery and the promenade, can accommodate up to 4 people.

Location
This north-facing apartment is located on the third floor—the top floor—of Building 2 in the popular “Strand-Park” holiday complex, nestled amid lovingly maintained green spaces and just a few metres from Heringsdorf’s fine-sand beach.

Amenities
This bright, non-smoking holiday apartment with a shower room features free Wi-Fi and consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living area with a double sleeper sofa, a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and a stereo system.
The apartment includes a fully equipped open kitchen with a kettle, coffee maker, toaster, ceramic cooktop with oven, dishwasher, microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
Upon request, we can provide a cot and a high chair for a fee. Please note the characteristic ceiling height typical of an attic apartment.

Special features
The Strand-Park has its own sauna area with a sauna and an infrared sauna. The sauna area is available to you daily starting at 5:00 p.m. free of charge. Dressing gowns are available for rent at the service office.
The resort also features a shared car park, bike racks, coin-operated washing machines and dryers, as well as an ironing board and iron, which are available to you in the laundry room. Pets are not allowed in this apartment.
