Our spacious and comfortable apartment is located on the ground floor of a high quality renovated villa in picturesque Usedom resort architecture. It consists of two rooms with light-flooded loggia, kitchen with window, bathroom with tub and separate guest toilet and a terrace. The tasteful decor leaves nothing to be desired and offers sleeping arrangements for up to four people. The kitchen is complete with built-in stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and of course dishes, glasses and cutlery. Towels and a first bed linen are free. Also a parking space is already included in the rental price. The villa is centrally located in the lake and spa Heringsdorf on the sunny island of Usedom.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gut gelegen in Strandnähe, könnte aber etwas besser in Schuss sein (ein paar Lampen sind defekt, das Waschbecken fließt nur langsam ab etc.). Die Ausstattung ist ziemlich gut, lediglich die Matratzen sind ziemlich hart. Garten und Terrasse haben wir nicht genutzt, da die Sonne da kaum hinkommt. Parken im Parkhaus war problemlos und nah. Beim Internet ist die Datenmenge kontingiert, streamen daher nicht ratsam. Da wir das nicht wussten, hatten wir drei Tage kein Internet, bis der Vermieter das Datenvolumen aufgestockt hat.

Toller Urlaub in schöner Wohnung in Top-Lage

Meine Freundin und ich hatten ein paar wundervolle Urlaubstage hier. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt - alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns dort rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön gemütlich und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen. Auch die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern hat super geklappt. Der kurze Weg zum Strand ist auch super zu laufen. Alles in allem wunderschön.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht und die Lage ist mega. Einzig, dass der Boden nicht gabz sauber war aber dienlies sich alles lit dem Besen schnell beseitigen. Ein zweiter Schlüssel wäre toll. Ansonsten empfehlen wir die Wohnung wirklich weiter.

Gute Lage

Die Wohnung war sauber, hatte eine gute Lage (Strandnah und gute Verkehrsanbindung) und einen Parkplatz für´s Auto gab es auch. Die Küche war auch gut ausgestattet. Leider waren die Betten steinhart und wir haben nicht so gut geschlafen. Außerdem war der/die Bewohnerin oben drüber sehr trampelig. Die Ostsee und das schöne Wetter konnten uns davon jedoch sehr gut ablenken und im großen und Ganzen war es schon ok. Die Angabe in der Ausstattung das es einen Whirlpool gibt stimmt nicht.

Großzügige Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung

Wir haben den Urlaub in der schönen Ferienwohnung genossen. In Haus befinden viele nützliche Einrichtungsgegenstände, die den Urlaub erleichtern. Wünschenswert wäre eine Waschmaschine gewesen, aber es gibt einen Waschsalon in der Nähe. Dieser ist jedoch sehr teuer und mit nasser Wäsche eine kleine Herausforderung auf dem Rückweg. Der kleine Wintergarten hat uns jeden Tag erfreut. Das Auto muss leider in dem naheliegenden Parkhaus stehen. Dies ist gerade für größere Autos eine kleine Herausforderung dort heil rein und raus zu kommen. Die Betten sind neuwertig, aber sehr hart. Das sollte man vorher wissen. Der versprochene zweite Schüssel in der Anzeige war leider nicht vorhanden. Die Betten sind bei der Abreise abzuziehen und in einem Müllsack zusammen mit den Handtüchern zu verstauen. Dies kennen wir so nicht und hätte Interesse der Endreinigung inklusive sein müssen.

Urlaub in Heringsdorf

Die Ferienwohnung war für uns zu dieser Jahreszeit in Ordnung. Allerdings waren wir verwundert, daß sie sich unmittelbar an einer recht stark befahrenen Ampelkreuzung befindet. Weder die Fotos noch die Beschreibung weisen darauf hin. Ansonsten wären wir vollauf zufrieden und würden sie auch vom Herbst bis Frühjahr wieder buchen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist hell, gemütlich und sehr gut ausgestattet; wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Sie liegt sehr zentral und man ist schnell sowohl im Zentrum von Heringsdorf als auch am Strand. Mehrere gute Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und schnell erreichbar; gute Kommunikation! Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Schöner Urlaub

Die Ferienwohnung ist ansprechend und es findet sich alles was man braucht . Sogar Kleinigkeiten wie Kaffee , Salz etc sind da . Das war wirklich schön . Die Wohnung ist gut aufgeteilt und der Weg zum Strand nicht weit . Leider konnten wir das Schlafzimmer nicht wirklich verdunkeln, damit unser Kind schlafen konnte. Und die Tatsache dass das Auto über die Kreuzung im Parkhaus stand , fanden wir im Nachhinein eher hinderlich. Da es in der Anzeige steht , weiß man aber ungefähr , was einen erwartet . Allen in allem ein schöner Urlaub.

Noch schöner als erwartet

Die Wohnung ist noch schöner, als sie auf den Fotos aussieht. Die Lage ist sehr günstig. Einziges Vermuthströphchen: Die Matratze im Doppelbett ist zwar sehr gut, aber hart. Das ich nichts für jede/n. Trotzdem 5 Sterne 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Hallo. Wir hatten 2 richtig schöne Urlaubswochen auf Usedom – Heringsdorf. Die Wohnung bietet Sehr viel Platz, hell und ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Vermieter und vor Ort Ansprechpartnerin sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Uns fehlte es an nichts und die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung ist bis ins kleinste Detail gelungen. Sehr zu empfehlen, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Eine SUPER Ferienwohnung

Das war bis jetzt due beste Ferienwohnung, die wir bis jetzt hatten. Super eingerichtet, alles da was man braucht, gross, hell, sauber und ordentlich, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Super Matratzen Alles unkompliziert was Schlüssel und Parkplatz betrifft. Danke, wir kommen gern wieder.

Super Sommerurlaub in einer schönen Unterkunft

Wir haben uns sehr wohl in der Wohnung gefühlt. Auch ist die Lage der Ferienwohnung mit dem kurzen Weg zum Strand sehr schön. Sehr gute Restaurants liegen in den umliegenden Straßen. Bäcker und Metzger sind auch schnell fußläufig zu erreichen.

gute Ferienwohnung in recht zentraler Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, gut und hell eingerichtet. Alles was man für den täglichen Gebrauch braucht, war da. Leider liegt die kleine Terrasse im Schatten und man kann sie nicht so oft nutzen. Wir waren aber trotzdem sehr zufrieden.
