Die Sauberkeit. Leider hat die Wohnung nicht wie auf dem Bildern versprochen einen Meerblick unter Schlafzimmerschrank lässt sich teilweise nicht mehr verschließen und das Bett im Schlafzimmer karrt bei jeder Bewegung. Zudem lässt sich die Kabine der Dusche nicht vollständig schließen, so dass man regelmäßig das Badezimmer fluten würde. Außerdem war der Hausmeister nicht zu erreichen, um eine Nutzung der Sauna zu besprechen.
