The expansive sandy beach and the promenade are just a few metres away. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find numerous shopping options, restaurants, and cafés. Recreational activities such as the seawater recreation pool, the tennis centre, or the surf school are all within easy walking distance.<br><br>Amenities <br>The barrier-free apartment is equipped with a small but well-appointed kitchenette. It includes, among other things, a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle. The stylish bathroom features a large walk-in shower as well as a sink with a hair dryer and a cosmetic mirror.<br>The modern apartment has a living/bedroom with a single sofa bed and a double bed. The sleeping area with the double bed can be separated from the living area by a sliding partition. The living area features a large flat-screen TV and a stereo system. After an eventful day of holiday, you can relax wonderfully on the large balcony with a sea view.
