Stay comfortable year-round with air conditioning and heating. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of adventure or getting ready for a night out, this nice condo offers everything you need. Located on the 14 mile marker it's close to all your favorite lake hangouts and golf courses off of Horseshoe Bend Parkway. A great place to call home base while you’re away, we hope you enjoy your stay.

10 out of 10 would stay here again. The veiws were beautiful. The bed was amazingly comfortable, we slept great. The host was very responsive and quick to solve any issue. It was close to everything. The pools were nice and clean. The complex was nice and quiet.

Pleasantly surprised with this clean and enjoyable condo. The view of the main channel is spectacular and we loved the little touches like the battery operated candles and guitar! Wish we had been there longer to enjoy the amenities like the pool and pickleball court more.

We had some issues gaining access to the condo but I was able to contact the host and they quickly resolved the issue. The A/C in the unit worked great and made the stay very comfortable. Great view of the lake and it was close to everything we wanted to do during our stay. We even got to watch some fireworks from the balcony.

The location of this condo is perfect. The Hosts were extremely responsive. Great access to the doc for a boat pick up. Pool was great. The space is perfect for a girls trip. The beds were clean and enough space for us. The only downside was the floors were quite dirty with dog hair and some spiders. The deck could use some upgrades to the floor. Other than that, we had a great time and the hosts were kind!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was fantastic and exactly what we were looking for. As boaters, the dock is always one of the most important features for us, and this one was excellent—easy access, convenient, and worked perfectly for our needs.We also really enjoyed the subdivision pools, which were clean, well-maintained, and a great place to relax after a day on the water.Overall, a great property in a wonderful location. We would definitely stay here again!
