Beautiful place! Clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The accommodations were excellent. Loved the patio for morning coffee and the fire pit as an end to the evening. The hosts were wonderful- responded quickly to any questions, and also had some great suggestions. Could not have picked a better place to stay and enjoy the local wineries. Will definitely return in the future. Highly recommend!

Super cute property. Perfect for winetasting weekend with friends. House was extremely nice and communication was excellent. Only negative was the hot water tripping off if someone was using anything else electrical in the home at the same time you were trying to take a shower. It was easily reset with the touch of a button.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Seneca Lake property! The property was spotless, well maintained and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The check-in and checkout process was seamless making the entire experience stress from start to finish. The location and setting were absolutely beautiful, and it was clear that a lot of thought went into making us feel welcome and at home. Every detail was taken care of, and we truly appreciate how clean, organized, and well equipped the property was. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone visiting the Seneca Lake area. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Location, comfort, peace and quiet. We enjoyed our stay at Timber 1 so much. Host extremely attentive and helpful with area attractions and wineries. Cute cottage near lots of wineries and restaurants. No need to go to Watkins Glen. We can’t wait to return.

My wife and I are teachers. We have invested heavily into the area because we love the beauty and seemingly unlimited things to do. We started small, building during Covid which was a big challenge in itself. We work really hard to make sure our guests enjoy a 5 star experience. We love Seneca lake and have a seasonal camp up the road.

What makes this property unique

The porch was hand built with an axe, by a master cabinet maker who builds replica furniture for Jefferson’s estate At Monticello. The craftsmanship inside and out is unparalleled.
