Our holiday home is located on the sunny island of Usedom in the "An der Mühle" holiday complex in Trassenheide, which was built around a restored Dutch windmill. It is a cosy, well-furnished semi-detached house with 85 square metres of living space on a lot of approximately 500 square metres. The house features 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds and a sofa bed), 1 bathroom with a shower and toilet on the ground floor and a separate toilet on the upper floor, a kitchen with a dishwasher, and a parking space right next to the house. In the spacious, lovingly furnished living and dining area of our non-smoking home, you’ll find a smart TV and a stereo system. Outside, you’ll find a patio with patio furniture and a grill, as well as lounge chairs.
The property also features a small playground with a ping-pong table and a swing.
You can reach the fine-sand beach in 10 minutes by bike or on foot through the forest along the regular trails in about 25 minutes.
Trassenheide offers holidaymakers not only a great beach but also many other activities, such as the butterfly farm, “The World Upside Down,” the “Pirates of the Baltic Sea” mini-golf course, the children’s play area, and “Wildlife Usedom.”
Pets are not allowed. Smoking is permitted outdoors only.
Wi-Fi access, as well as electricity, gas, and water charges, are already included in the price.
You are welcome to bring your own bed linens and towels, or you can use our on-site service for a fee. You can add the bed linen and towel package (20.00 euros per person) to your reservation (please specify this when booking; payable to our on-site caretaker service).
A cot and high chair can also be provided upon request for an additional charge of 15 euros each.
The local visitor’s tax, which includes the Usedom Card—allowing you to take advantage of many discounts throughout the island—must be paid separately on-site to our property manager. Starting in 2026, the Usedom Card will also include free use of the UBB between Züssow and Swinemünde as well as between Zinnowitz and Peenemünde.
