This place is unreal! Nothing like I’ve ever seen in Detroit. The cleanliness, the decor and location is an unbeatable experience. The most valuable thing to me was knowing Me and my belongings were secure. The bonus was I had a 5 star brunch and dinner all within walking distance. The restaurant selection with 1 mile is incredible. 10/10 for sure.

What Up Doe. Having been born and raised here in Detroit, I’ve tried to infuse various elements of the Motor City throughout these condos.

As a longtime Detroiter, I take great pride in creating spaces that reflect the character and history of the city I call home. My goal as your dedicated VRBO Premier Host is to curate spaces that immerse you in all things Motown.

The result is a true homage to the city I know and love. And I hope you will too after your stay.

Why they chose this property

In recent years, no other neighborhood in Detroit has experienced as much enthusiastic urbanization as Brush Park. Ideally situated between Downtown and Midtown, a multitude of revitalization efforts have transformed this landmark area into a prime tour destination. Known as “Little Paris” for its iconic Victorian mansions, Brush Park has once again flourished into one of Detroit’s finest establishments and we are proud to be part of that renaissance.

What makes this property unique

What makes these condos unique is the combination of boutique design, authentic Detroit character and an unbeatable Brush Park location. Each space features elevated furnishings, local artwork and sports-inspired details, creating a stylish, personal stay that feels more memorable than a traditional hotel.
