With two thoughtfully appointed bathrooms, central AC, and inviting living spaces, the house offers an easy and comfortable place to unwind after a day at the beach, biking the Rail Trail, or exploring the Outer Cape. Enjoy quiet mornings with coffee, evenings on the deck, and the laid-back charm of a classic Cape escape.

Whether you’re here for beach days, nature walks, or simply time to slow down and reconnect, we hope Chloe’s Classic Cape feels like your home away from home.

Chloe’s Classic Cape and Georgia’s Getaway (soon to be listed on vrbo as well) are sister properties, thoughtfully connected yet completely private — each with its own entrance, driveway, outdoor spaces, and peaceful sense of retreat.
