You live in a wooden penthouse completed in 2013 and designed by architect Franz Kösters to create an airy atmosphere. The view from the spacious roof terrace sweeps over the mature trees of the approx. 1,400 sqm plot and the surrounding gardens of the neighborhood with individual villas and offers a day with fresh energy for the next excursion as the sun sets.

Although the penthouse is considered an attic, it has high ceilings of almost three meters and a three-meter-wide floor-to-ceiling glass front in the living area. Underfloor heating and marble flooring in the bathroom and sleeping area offer a touch of luxury. You can use the washing machine and dryer in the basement.

The apartment is located on Mexikoplatz, one of Berlin's most sought-after residential areas.
