The bathroom is newly renovated and has a shower and toilet. The apartment is located in a newly renovated Art Nouveau villa in the beautiful Lichterfelde West. She is single storey with a small terrace, perfect for relaxing. Close to City Centre and quiet it offers the ideal starting point for your trip to Berlin!

Lovely apartment in the beautiful quiet area of Lichterfelde . A couple of little niggles but nothing that detracted from a great stay. Apartment is within easy walking distance of shops and good restaurants. Also close to the S-Bahn giving easy access into the centre of Berlin. Communication with Nils was good and he was super helpful when we asked for information to help us during our stay. Would definitely recommend

Nils is a an outstanding host. The spacious flat is beautiful and in a nice, quiet area of Berlin. The S Bahn stations in the area are accessible by bus or a quick (10-15 minute) walk in a beautiful neighbourhood (I’d recommend the Lichterfelde West one because you can hop right on the S1). The kitchen has pots, pans, and assorted cutlery, utensils and everything else you’ll need to enjoy meals in the flat. There’s several food markets nearby as well as a drug store and a pharmacy. Nils left a very helpful guide to the flat and the area - and we as second his very helpful recommendation for Il Grano restaurant around the corner - some of the best Italian food in Berlin!

Beautiful Berlin-Lichterfelde

Quiet apartment with a well-appointed kitchen (induction stove and dishwasher) in a beautiful, upscale 1890s neighbourhood. Just steps from the Federal Archives as well as the X11 bus connecting to the S-Bahn and the downtown.

A relaxing stay

Our family of three stayed in this flat for two weeks. It is exactly as advertised, very cosy and clean and it has everything one needs. It being winter, we much appreciated the underfloor heating. The kitchen is spacious with pretty china. Nice big fridge, too. A bit more space to put food wouldn't go amiss for people who stay longer and do their own cooking. The bathroom is large and really warm, and the bedroom also has a lot of space. In the living room you find an ordinary sofa and a sofa bed. Again, plenty of space. We didn't use the TV so can't comment on that. It would be nice to have a dedicated space to put things, like a cupboard or some drawers. It was very quiet in the flat, one could hear a robin sing outside (yes, in the middle of winter!). Because of the season and the terrible weather it was a bit gloomy but I imagine that in summer this is a leafy, cool haven of a place. The flat is very close to a bus stop. There is a bus every twenty minutes which connects to the S-Bahn, so one can be in the centre of Berlin in half an hour. Grocery shopping involves some walking and carrying if you don't have a car. There are a couple of restaurants and a very nice Kaffeehaus within walking distance. We mainly chose this accomodation because it is close to the centre of Zehlendorf where we needed to go every day. It was very good for our purpose. Oh, by the way, the host was really friendly and he answered our questions promptly. Thank you, Nils Crome!

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt!!!Es war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es gab sogar scharfe Messer und nutzbare Pfannen in der Küche - das findet man nicht oft :-)Kurzer Fussmarsch durch schönes Villenviertel zur S1 nach Berlin rein bzw. raus zum Wannsee.Auto blieb die meiste Zeit stehen., ziemlich direkt vor der Tür.Kommunikation quasi nicht nötig, da alles selbsterklärend und organisiert - aber die wenige Kommunikation war nett.Würden wieder kommen.

Da wir fast 40 Jahre in der Villenkolonie gewohnt haben, nutzen wir seit Jahren eine adäquate Unterkunft für unsere Besuche in Berlin. Wer angenehmes wohnen und einen noch intakten Kiez in Berlin sucht, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Die S-Bahn Lichterfelde West ist fußläufig gut erreichbar und hält direkt am Botanischen Garten oder der alten Einkaufsstraße "Schloßstr." in Steglitz.Bestimmt war dies nicht unser letzter Besuch.

Het appartement is smaakvol en comfortabel ingericht. Bed, sanitair en keukeninrichting van erg goede kwaliteit. De straat en de buurt is erg mooi en rustig. Met S-bahn en bus is alles in de stad goed bereikbaar.

Wir sind schon lange mit Lichterfelde „verhandelt“, die Lage und der „kleinstädtische“ Charme dieses Quartiers waren uns bekannt.Eine schöne, gut ausgestattete Unterkunft.Die eine oder andere Kleinigkeit sollte bald nachgebessert werden. Es bleibt aber: eine gut ausgestattete Basis für einen Berlin Trip!!!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen und dennoch gut an den Öffentlichen Nahverkehr angebunden. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen und wunderbar in der großzügigen Küche gefrühstückt. Lichterfelde ist ein historisch und architektonisch interessanter Stadtteil.
