The cosy sofa nook, a wingback chair, and the TV provide the perfect setting for relaxing—ideal for film nights together. A guest bathroom and a practical utility room with a washing machine and dryer ensure your stay is completely comfortable.<br><br>The light-colored wooden staircase leads you to the ground floor, where three inviting bedrooms await you.<br>The spacious master bedroom, featuring a large double bed (180x200 single mattresses) and a wardrobe, offers peace and relaxation, while the two children’s rooms are flexibly furnished to accommodate various sleeping arrangements.<br><br>Our holiday rental is ideal for families with young children! A cot and a high chair are available free of charge during your stay, so you can travel with peace of mind<br><br>The large bathroom with a shower and changing table ensures that even the little ones are well taken care of.<br><br>Outside, you can enjoy the small, lovingly designed garden with a patio—perfect for a cosy breakfast in the sunshine or a relaxed dinner al fresco. The centre of Carolinensiel, with its museum harbour and the Wadden Sea House, is about one kilometre away.<br><br>Wi-Fi is a complimentary service and is neither part of the offer nor a guaranteed feature of the holiday rental. Due to temporary disruptions, there may be rare instances when Wi-Fi or internet access is unavailable. Please take this into account when making your reservation. This does not constitute a defect.<br><br>High-quality premium linens packages must be booked separately. You will need one linens package per person.<br>Each premium linens package contains: 1 set of high-quality premium bedding, consisting of one pillowcase, one duvet cover, and one sheet per bed; 1 large bath towel; 1 small hand towel; and, in addition, for each holiday rental (regardless of the number of linen packages booked) 1x shower mat (per bathroom), and 2x tea towels.<br>The municipal guest fee (visitor’s tax) is a public levy and is not included in the offer. The guest tax is collected and calculated separately based on various factors that are not known to us at the time of booking. The amount of the guest tax is determined by the respective price schedule of the relevant municipality, as well as factors such as the season, length of stay, number and age of all travellers, and, if applicable, any severe disabilities and accompanying persons.
