The approximately 70 m² holiday apartment is fully tiled, with underfloor heating in the kitchen, living room, and bathroom.
The living area features a cosy sitting area with a Smart TV (Netflix subscription included), a DVD player, and a radio.

In the separate, bright corner is a semi-open built-in kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and refrigerator with freezer compartment.

The apartment has two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed measuring 180 cm x 200 cm (split mattress), and the second bedroom has a double bed measuring 160 cm x 200 cm (split mattress).

The bathroom features a walk-in shower, a toilet, a hair dryer, and ample storage space. A washing machine is also available for your use.

The large, furnished south- and west-facing terrace is surrounded by an approximately 120 m² garden with separate access via a garden gate.
There is also a parking space available for the duration of your stay.
