3. Downstairs Bedroom - Huge Room, Hammock, 1 Single Bed, with additional Single Bed Pull-Out (new shower in attached bathroom)
4. Large couch (upstairs) - Large couch bed single.
Other features include patio seating and BBQ, large kitchen, whole house water filter, and sophisticated furnishings and decorations throughout.
The dining table is made for 6, can seat 8.
Private enclosed back-yard with BBQ, garden and Patio Furniture.
Two parking spaces included.
Our home is in a quiet neighborhood, which borders the open space. There is a labyrinth that kids enjoy in the open space.
The Boulder hiking and biking trails is just out back.
We are 5 minutes from King Soopers and Whole Foods, 10 minutes from downtown Pearl Street, 10 minutes from world reknown Eldorado Springs, 30 minutes to downtown Denver, and 50 minutes to Denver International Airport.

The host was extremely easy to work with. He checked in a couple of times to make sure if we needed anything via text. The house was very clean and comfortable. It was easy to get to campus with a short drive and was everything we were hoping it would be for our daughters graduation.
We had an amazing time in Michael’s beautiful home in Boulder! This house has beautiful views and a great location for outdoor enthusiasts near the trails (there’s one literally right outside), and very close to two grocery stores and a strip mall with delicious cafes and restaurants, plus the best ice cream I’ve ever had at Sweet Cow! It is quiet, comfortable, and very clean. We would definitely stay there again!Thanks Michael for the great communication before our stay! Can’t wait to go back!
The townhouse was great for our stay in Boulder. The place was clean and spacious with a great view from the back porch, Good access to downtown boulder and the mountains.
Great sized property with all the necessary facilities and appliances for a family to stay for several days. The owner was very easy to communicate with, and was very reasonable in terms of check-in and check-out times. Highly recommended for anyone who needs a place to stay in South Boulder.
My family stayed at Michael’s place during my daughter’s graduation. His place was perfect for our needs - comfortable, spacious, well-appointed, and just a short drive to campus and shopping. Michael was a great communicator and a gracious host. I would highly recommend his place!
Amazing location and super-comfortable house! Very close to everything - we are from NY so we walked to Whole Foods and restaurants on the nearest plaza and you can even walk to the nearest trailhead to hike. House is a very quiet residential neighborhood, great for families with kids - the park is near by for evening strolls. Everything you need for comfort living is in the house - from spices to toiletries (and even vegetable garden outside with kale, tomatoes and cucumbers!). Lots of space to spread around, my husband worked from home and had his own room for calls. Patio is lovely for morning coffee or evening relaxing with a book after a hike. Michael was a gracious host reaching out to us throughout our stay to make sure we have everything. I highly recommend this place and we are planning to come back next July!
We began communicating with the host a couple weeks before our trip to make sure the place was suitable for our very mobile 1 year old (we also have a 3 and 5 year old). The host, Michael, bent over backward to make sure the place was ready including trips to Target for baby gates (which he installed), and having a brand new bannister installed along a set of stairs that we thought looked a little dangerous for a fast moving crawler. Finding the place and getting inside couldn't have been easier and we found a clean and welcome home. Unlike many listings on VRBO this is an actual lived-in residence not a rental property. The Kitchen was well stocked, there were plenty of toiletries and at least one bathroom on each of the three levels. Nice washer and drier on the lower level made laundry easy throughout the trip. The place is less than 5 minutes from a nice Whole Foods and other grocers are close-by as well. Everything else Boulder has to offer is about 10-15 minutes drive. Truly felt like a home away from home and we were very comfortable for the duration of our stay. Thanks Michael!
