About this property

Modern and cozy Apartment incl. WLAN etc. in quiet location, east fr. North Sea,

Our NON-SMOKING apartment is located on the upper floor of a new building that was built in 2002/2003. The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a very quiet location on the outskirts of the small town of Westerbur.

The apartment has a size of approx. 60sqm and was renovated in March 2018.

Here you will find two separate bedrooms (with a cot on request)
 
Shower / toilet, kitchen with fully equipped kitchenette (incl. Microwave, kettle, coffee machine, and various accessories), radio and satellite TV, alarm clock, hairdryer, etc
 
Balcony and a staircase
 
There is also a terrace, a washing machine, garden furniture, barbecue, fire basket and a beach chair.

Free parking for cars is located directly at the house

on the property (1000sqm) there is plenty of space for children to let off steam.

WiFi is available free of charge

Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge, there are no additional costs for electricity, water and heating.
