Ferienhaus Lagunenblick 28 Marina Wendtorf

Located in the well-known recreational and yacht marina “Marina Wendtorf,” the Scandinavian-style semi-detached house “Seehund”—situated right on the waterfront—offers a unique opportunity to spend a Baltic Sea holiday on the Kiel Fjord. Accommodating up to 4 adults and 2 children, this two-story holiday home—spanning 6 8m²—features two bedrooms, a balcony, a furnished terrace with a large garden, and a hot tub.

Utility costs for Wi-Fi, gas, water, and electricity are included!

The ground floor features two bedrooms, one furnished with a set of single beds pushed together (180x200 cm total) and the other with two single beds (90x200 cm each). One of the bedrooms has a TV, and both have blackout curtains. Also located on the ground floor: the bathroom with comfortable underfloor heating, a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, and whirlpool tub.

On the ground floor, you’ll find an open, light-filled living and dining area with a sleeper sofa for 2 children and an adjacent, fully equipped kitchen. The cosy living area offers plenty of seating, a 50-inch smart TV, a bioethanol fireplace, and access to the balcony. The air conditioning ensures a comfortable indoor climate at all times.

The outdoor area features seating, a patio umbrella, sun loungers, and a charcoal grill. Just sit back and enjoy the sun. There is also a free parking space at the house. Whether it’s balmy summer evenings, stormy fall afternoons, or cool winter days, this semi-detached home impresses with its amenities and natural surroundings in every season. From the balcony, you can enjoy the view of the sea. Your dog is welcome.

A handy addition to your stay is the self-service mini-laundromat, where you can wash and dry your laundry on your own daily from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Schönes Haus in sehr guter Lage

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche im Haus Seehund. Die Lage, der Parkplatz und der Fahrradständer direkt am Haus waren prima.Im Haus gibt es außer Bildern an den Wänden keine Deko. Auf den Bildern im Inserat ist das ganz anders dargestellt. Das Licht im Bad ist schlecht, die Dusche renovierungsbedürftig und die Wirlwanne nimmt viel zuviel Platz weg. Die Handtuchhaken sind ein Witz, ebenso die im Schlafzimmer. Das Haus insgesamt ist eher klein. Sieht auf den Foto ganz anders aus. Schöner Garten, aber die Sonnenliegen sind sehr unbequem. Und es gibt nur zwei, wir waren aber zu Dritt.

Schönes, sauberes und eher kleines Ferienhaus mit allem was man braucht. Sehr gute Betten. Bad ist renovierungsbedürftig. Die Dusche ist zu alt und die Wirlwanne braucht man nicht. Das Licht im Bad ist schlecht und eine Belüftung fehlt. Die Lage ist toll. Prima Ausgangspunkt für verschiedenste Unternehmungen. Kontakt und Support mit und durch Port54 hat sehr gut funktioniert. Die Agentur ist empfehlenswert. Wir hatten eine schöne und erholsame Woche im Ferienhaus Seehund.

Die Wohnung ist in einer top Lage am Yachthafen Marina Wendtorf. Vom Balkon aus ist das Meer zu sehen, aber auch die Terrasse mit dem anliegenden Gartenstück ist sehr schön und ideal für Familien. Die Ausstattung ist in einem sauberen und guten Zustand. Wir haben einen recht günstigen Zeitraum erwischt (daher fanden wir die PL gut), ansonsten ist die Wohnung leider etwas teuer. Insgesamt waren wir aber sehr zufrieden!

Sehr schönes lichtdurchflutetes Ferienhaus. Sehr sauber. Für Hunde OK aber die Treppe bedenken und kein direkter Zugang zum Hundestrand.

Schöne Lage, aber Haus leider abgewohnt.

Wir wohnten im Haus Nummer 28. Bei unserer Ankunft waren die Böden nicht geputzt und in den Betten befanden sich Haare. Das ganze Haus ist abgewohnt. Der Duschkopf ist undicht. Die Töpfe und Deckel waren dreckig. Gefrierschrank klebte. Alle Fenster waren dreckig. Der Grill war dreckig und keine Bürste vorhanden, um diesen zu säubern. Alles in allem war die Lage sehr schön, die Betten waren bequem und die Kinder haben den Garten geliebt.

Sehr schöne Lage, sehr schönes Haus! Die Nachbarn in der anderen Doppelhaushälfte nimmt man nur auf dem Balkon wahr. Im Haus hört man nichts voneinander. Sehr Klever geregelt, dass die Schlafzimmer unten sind, dadurch sind sie nicht so aufgeheizt. Die Klimaanlage hilft in der oberen Etage sehr. Die kleinen Gärten sind schön abgetrennt, dass man Kinder und Hunde dort entspannt spielen lassen konnte. Der Hundestrand ist fußläufig erreichbar und auch nicht zu klein. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Wochenendurlaub

Wir haben zwei Nächte in dem Haus verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden, mit der Lage, der Ausstattung und der Sauberkeit der Unterkunft. Auch die Kommunikation hat funktioniert. Nur die Betten fanden wir etwas unbequem, was aber auch Geschmacksache ist und auch verkraftbar war. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Woche hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich und in wirklich gutem Zustand. Einzig die Baustellen ringsum sind morgens etwas lästig. Schöne hundefreie Strandabschnitte, aber auch schöne Hundestrände jeweils ~1,5km entfernt. Fahrradverleih gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Sehr schön zum abschalten

Uns hat der Aufenthalt gut gefallen. Schönes Haus in dem es aber an Kleinigkeiten mangelt - ein sehr verrosteter Grill im Garten aber keine Grillzange oder kein Nudelgreifer. Das Haus ist für 6 Personen belegbar , dies würde ich persönlich als zu klein und eng empfinden. Blick vom Balkon bei Sonnenuntergang super schön. Spaziergänge direkt vom Haus aus auch mit Kinderwagen prima möglich. Zum abschalten gerne wieder.
