The house, garden and swimming pool are for the exclusive use of guests – no shared spaces with other visitors.

At the bottom of the hill lies the Parco Naturale Serbacco, a peaceful and atmospheric park where farm animals such as ponies, Tibetan goats, turtles, geese and chickens live.
The park also features wooden games, traditional games, historic carriages and a puppet theatre, especially enjoyable for families.
The park is open to the public, with higher attendance at weekends, yet remains a calm and well-integrated natural environment.

We had a wonderful stay and loved the cozy, quiet surrounding. The parc nearby was no problem at all. Only the mosquitos in summer were a little bit disturbing in the evening...

Beautiful situated holiday location

This tiny holiday house is a perfect place for 2 people to discover Lucca and the beautiful area around Lucca. The appartment with small pool is located on a vineyard and has a nice terras with a beautiful view on the surrounding hills. The house itself is small but okay for 2 people and contains all necessary equipment, even a washing machine. If a dishwasher was to be added the house would be complete. Enjoying the warm weather the last 2 weeks we can certainly recommend this holiday home.

Casa Vinaria- A Hiden Treasure

This " Hidden Treasure" nestles in the foothills above the charmingly beautiful walled city of Lucca. This lovely cottage is built into the hillside, it has all the mod cons -large fridge/freezer, Sat TV, A/C, lots of plug points, outdoor lighting etc - one would expect, and offers great value for money considering its stunning location, the views it has to offer, private pool and large canopied pation area. It has been charmingly decorated in a rustic style that has to be seen to be appreciated. All the above combine to make Casa Vinaria a great place for small family holiday or realxing romantic break. It is only 30 minutes drive approx from Pisa airport, 15 minutes from Lucca and 15 minutes from large Esselunga supermarket, although there are local shops within 2 minutes of the cottage.Local village also offers restaurant/piazzeria, bars, garage. Local sighseeing in the mountains that surround the cottage is wonderful, take a trip to Castelnuovo via mountain road, you wont be disappointed, just as you wont be disappointed if you stay in Casa Vinaria. Wir sind früher abgereist. Das Haus ist sehr klein und ungemütlich. Es gibt keine Fenster ausser die in der Haustür. Dadurch ist es sehr dunkel. Das Haus ist in einem Fels eingebaut dadurch ist sehr feucht.

Schönes kleines Haus im toskanischen Stil

Wir waren 2 Wochen in diesem Häuschen, Alles in einem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Allerdings ist die Dusche sehr klein (max. 70x70 cm) und der Pool wird nur einmal in der Woche (Samstag) gereinigt.

Kleines gemütliches Häuschen direkt neben einigen Weinbergen. Großzügiger Garten, toller Pool und sehr nette Gastgeber. Parkplatz am Haus vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, haben jederzeit gute Restaurant Tipps bekommen und konnten uns sehr gut erholen. Vielen Dank für alles!

Te veel defekten : gordijnen gingen niet meer dicht . Het gasfornuis werk één op de twee keer niet . De tegels in de badkamer zijn kapot, reuk vorming. Het water in de afwasbak loopt nooit volledig weg . De aanduiding voor het vinden van de woonst is niet aanwezig.deze woonst is zijn prijsstelling niet waard

Great location and very nice place to stay for 2.

This place is on a quiet, sunny hillside overlooking a small golf area and beside vineyards. It is close to the town (but a bit further than described - more like 1.5km). The accommodation is quite small but perfect for the two of us as we spend most time outside anyway. It has pretty much everything you would need. The pool is small but I'm not a swimmer, so ideal to cool off. The town is a little odd - the large supermarket is 'hidden' down a track behind a small Fruit & Veg shop. Both the bar and pizzeria restaurant 'Alpino' don't look great from the front, but both are actually really nice 'behind the scenes'!

Excellent house for an optimal price to quality relation

What you see on the advertising photos is what you get or better together whit a friendly host. The house and garden are very well equipped and everything is working perfect. Very important in the summer of 2018: the air conditioning is heat wave resistant. We very appreciated the welcome package and the home delivered brioches on Sunday morning. The location is quite and near the village. Lucca only 15 minutes away. For the hobby cooks: you never find a better equipped kitchen in vacation house for 4 persons.

Une location qui correspond exactement à la description. Parfait pour passer de bons moments au calme, à une trentaine de minutes de la mer. Nous avons pu profiter avec notre fils de 6 ans du jardin, de la piscine et d'une bonne literie! Nous avons visité Lucca, Viarregio et sa superbe plage "libre", les carrière de marbre de Carrare... La propriétaire est très attentionnée et le jardinier très sympathique. Bref, une très bonne adresse!

Lage ist für italienische Verhältnisse recht zentral. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Auch der Garten und der Pool waren eine Bereicherung. Die Vermieterin war wirklich sehr nett und hat uns tolle Tipps für Restaurants geben können. Rund um ein gelungener Urlaub und wir würden wieder kommen.

Auto ist ein muss. Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Bis Lucca sind es 10min. Sehr leckere Eisdiele "Silvia" direkt in der Nähe. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Nette Vermieterin.

Absolutely fabulous gem of a place

Far better than expected/imagined. So rustic and cute. Pool is fab, just enough to cool off in and enjoy the fantastic view. Peaceful, idyllic, perfect place to relax. Wanted to take the marble kitchen sink home with me. Will def book again for another week's holiday. Loved it.

We stay 14 Days in this nice and sweet and cleaning Casa. With the coordinates from the owner and a perfect Navigation you find the casa without any Problems. A car is very helpfully. The perfect stay for relaxing. All you need is to find there. Bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, TV (but only 1 German Programm), WiFi and so on... A Little small pool for refreshing. A fantastic introduction to Tuscany

This was our first trip to Tuscany, and we hit the jackpot in choosing Casa Vinaria. There are a small number of properties scattered around the estate, seperated by hedges and trees to give complete privacy. It really is one of the most beautiful places in which we have stayed, and we most certainly return. The Owners were very helpful and friendly and maintain the extensive grounds to a very high standard. Lucca and Pisa are both within easy reach and well worth visiting.

Unforgettable......

We stayed in the villa for 14 days and enjoyed every moment. The house is comfortable, clean and has a good atmosphere. Mimi was very helpful and friendly The property is well maintained and the pool is clean and refreshing. We spent most of the time outside in the garden and enjoyed the view into the valley and the sun. The garden is quite and offers a lot of privacy. Hassle-free vacation for the whole family. We will come back.

Peace and quietness under the warming sun

Casa vinara is a beautiful house located next to the vineyard of the family. The house has everything you want and need for a pleasant stay in Italy. The house was perfectly maintained and very clean. The bed and cousians were perfect The swimming pool is located a bit further from the house. Thanks to high bushes it is a complete private pool. The house stays in the shadows during the day so it stays nice and cool inside. I already miss lying in the evening sun and enjoying the nice wine the family produces. After a small accident the shower wall broke during the stay. The owners were really helpful in providing all the necessary information. (I'm still so sorry Mimi).

I was born here and grew here, I travelled a lot but this is my place, I know its products and the uses of my earth and with my job I’d like to express what really this earth is : its hills, perfumes, green, special food and traditions.

This property is the place to know “my” region. Here is a strategic point to have a global view of Tuscany : Arts( Lucca, Florence, Pisa, Siena and all other cities) Beach(Versilia beachside with all his comforts) Mountains ( Abetone )Foods and wine tasting (Garfagnana, Chianti) or just relax and activities( the property has private swimming pool and tennis and golf course) .
