Sommerurlaub auf der Sonneninsel

Ein traumhaftes Haus, bei dem es an Nichts fehlt. Das Haus ist liebevoll, sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. An jedes noch so kleine Detail wurde gedacht. Ideal für Familien oder Leute, die Platz, Naturnähe, das dörfliche Flair und Ruhe bevorzugen. Die Fahrradwege auf Usedom sind super gut ausgebaut, so dass man auch in Zirchow das Auto oft stehen lassen kann. Eine tolle Idee, das alte Fischerdorfflair in einer Ferienwohnsiedlung aufleben zu lassen.

Haus hui....

Haus und Vermieter top. Das Haus recht neu, top eingerichtet. Allerdings keine Handyempfang im Haus. Die Lage könnte nicht schlechter sein. Eine Infrastruktur war schlicht nicht vorhanden Nichts, wirklich gar nichts war fußläufig zu erreichen. Kein Spielplatz, kein Cafe, kein Bäcker, kein Metzger, kein Pub, NICHTS. Man musste jeden Weg mit dem Auto machen. Die Beschreibung 200m bis zum Wasser ist korrekt. Man kommt aber weder ANS noch INS Wasser weil die letzten ca. 50m aus einem stark bewachsenen Steilhang bestanden. Wollte man ins Wasser musste man auf die andere Seite der Insel fahren, mit dem Auto. Also, wenn man tief in sich einen Eremiten hat, fühlst man sich wohl, ansonsten her nicht.

Wir danke für die Rückmeldung. Das Haus befindet sich - wie in der Beschreibung lesbar- im neu erbauten Ferienort Fischerdorf / Neubau am Stettiner Haff mit Blick AUF das Wasser. Ebenso wird die Entfernung in km zu den Badestränden beschrieben. Das gesamte Gebiet in Zirchow wird neu errichtet bzw ist es schon sehr weit fortgeschritten - Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind im 8 km entfernten Ahlbeck als nächstes vorhanden. Dies beschreiben wir auch in unserem Inserat. In der Hauptsaison kommt lediglich ein Bäckerwagen von 8-9 Uhr ins Fischerdorf und steht den Gästen zur Verfügung. Die Infrastruktur ist definitiv ausbaufähig- wenn man sich gut organisiert kommt man allerdings sehr gut in dem Ferienhaus aus - Gefrierfach und Kühlschrank sind vorhanden. Das sie keinen Empfang hatten tut uns Leid, verwundert und allerdings weil wir einen GigaCube besitzen der für einen guten Internetzugang gesorgt hat. Passwort steht jedem Gast zur Verfügung- wir selbst hatten nie Probleme mit dem Empfang und vorherige Gäste haben davon auch nicht berichtet. Ein Glasfaseranschluss wird 08/2023 für das gesamte Dorf vorhanden sein.
