Enjoy modern comforts including air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, and a thoughtfully designed space created for relaxation.

Our goal is for every guest to feel welcomed, comfortable, and at home during their stay.

Swan Bay Retreat is located just 2 minutes from Paris Landing State Park and only 10 minutes from Land Between the Lakes, making it an ideal location for fishing, boating, hiking, wildlife viewing, and relaxing by Kentucky Lake. The area is quiet, scenic, and surrounded by beautiful woods, creating the perfect escape from busy everyday life.
