Wohnung ist OK. Küche ausreichend ausgestattet. Bett im Schlafzimmer war mir persönlich zu weich.Der Durchlauferhitzer war defekt. Wurde aber zeitnah erneuert.Ruhige Lage. Nah an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Die Sauberkeit der Terrasse lies stark zu wünschen übrig.Das Unkraut wuchs 30 cm hoch aus den Fugen, das Fensterbrett war sehr verdreckt.
