Step inside our charming holiday home, which offers space for up to 4 people in approximately 70 m²—perfect for families or couples looking for an unforgettable getaway. You’re just a few minutes’ walk from the lively town centre with its cosy cafes, restaurants, and shopping. And Schillig’s gorgeous sandy beach is also just a stone’s throw away—ideal for relaxing days by the sea.<br><br>The living and kitchen area welcomes you with its light-filled, open layout. After a walk on the beach, you can unwind on the cosy sofa or in one of the two armchairs. The adjoining kitchen is perfect for cooking together and offers everything you need for hassle-free self-catering—including a washing machine for longer stays.<br><br>The two bedrooms are peaceful retreats for a good night’s sleep: Each is equipped with a comfortable double bed (180×200), consisting of two 90×200 mattresses, and a spacious closet. The spacious hallway offers plenty of room to neatly store jackets and shoes.<br><br>The Baltrum holiday rental offers you a welcome break from digital distractions—there’s no Wi-Fi here, so you can focus entirely on relaxation and rejuvenation, far away from the pressure of always being reachable. Enjoy the peace and quiet and the authentic feeling of a holiday.<br><br>Outside, an idyllic garden with a terrace awaits you—the perfect spot for a cosy breakfast in the sun or a relaxed dinner under the open sky. On the lawn, you can sunbathe, play, or simply enjoy the tranquility. You’ll need one linens package per person.<br>Each premium linens package contains: 1 set of high-quality premium bedding, consisting of one pillowcase, one duvet cover, and one fitted sheet per bed; 1 large bath towel; 1 small hand towel; and, in addition, for each holiday rental (regardless of the number of linen packages booked) 1x shower mat (per bathroom), and 2x tea towels.<br><br>The municipal guest fee (visitor’s tax) is a public levy and is not included in the offer. The guest tax is levied and calculated separately based on various factors that are not known to us at the time of booking. The amount of the guest tax is determined by the respective price schedule of the relevant municipality, as well as factors such as the season, length of stay, number and age of all travellers, and, if applicable, any severe disabilities and accompanying persons.
