The newly renovated apartment welcomes you with a long, inviting hallway that leads to the living room, bathroom, and bedroom. Numerous hooks in the hallway provide space for your coats, and a large round mirror lets you take one last look before heading out.<br><br>The bright and welcoming living room features large windows that let in plenty of sunlight.<br>A cosy sleeper sofa and a dining area invite you to enjoy relaxed evenings and shared meals.<br>The sleeper sofa (140x200) can be converted into an additional sleeping space if needed.<br><br>The well-equipped kitchen offers plenty of space for cooking together in the evenings.<br><br>From the living room, you can step out onto the covered patio and into the small, charming garden. Here, you can enjoy sunny days or spend cosy evenings with a glass of wine. The sheltered location and surrounding hedges guarantee privacy, while your four-legged friends have plenty of room to run around. An awning provides shade on hot days. Wooden patio furniture and a charcoal grill are available for your use during your stay.<br><br>The modern bathroom, featuring a spacious, walk-in shower and a large mirror, invites you to enjoy a pleasant swimming experience.<br><br>The small but charming bedroom with a double bed (140x200) offers plenty of space to relax.<br>The two large drawers under the bed allow for neat storage of your clothing.<br><br>A private parking space and exterior roller shutters round out the amenities of this lovingly designed holiday rental."<br><br>Wi-Fi is a complimentary extra and is neither part of the offer nor a guaranteed feature of the holiday rental. This does not constitute a defect.<br><br>High-quality premium linens packages must be booked separately. You will need one linens package per person.<br>Each premium linens package contains: 1x high-quality premium bedding set, consisting of one pillowcase, one duvet cover, and one flat sheet per bed; 1x large bath towel; 1x small hand towel; and, in addition, for each holiday rental (regardless of the number of linen packages booked) 1x shower mat (per bathroom), and 2x tea towels.<br><br>The municipal guest fee (visitor’s tax) is a public levy and is not included in the offer. The guest tax is assessed and calculated separately based on various factors that are not known to us at the time of booking. The amount of the guest tax is determined by the respective price schedule of the relevant municipality, as well as factors such as the season, length of stay, number and age of all travellers, and, if applicable, any severe disabilities or accompanying persons.
