Sehr schönes Haus

Sehr schön eingerichtet, alles vorhanden und top gepflegt. Die beiden Terrassen sind wunderschön. Unweit vom haus ein sehr schöner Ufereeg. Silvester praktisch ohne knaller, was für unseren Hund wunderbar war. Gerne wieder.

Ruhige Lage mit kleinen Fehlern

Das Haus ist hochwertig eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin ist gut. Leider ist sowohl außen als auch im Innenbereich die Sauberkeit nicht besonders gut. Es fehlen Fliegengitter vor Fenster und Türen. Was ein lüften bei den vielen Mücken kaum möglich macht. Im Haus selbst gibt es sehr viele Spinnen. Das war für unsere Tochter schrecklich. Der Schuppen ist auch total zugewachsen und voller Spinnweben. Dort stehen auch die kaputten Fliegenschutztüren. Einige Lampen im Haus funktionieren nicht. Schade! Das haben wir auch alles der Hausdame vor Ort mitgeteilt aber für unseren Aufenthalt hat das nichts geändert. Die Bewertung soll kein nörgeln sein, sondern ein gut gemeinter Hinweis. Wenn sich ein wenig mehr Mühe gegeben würde dann wäre es toll!

Schön aber einsam

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Aber es liegt sehr sehr ab von Schuss. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist 12 km entfernt. Diese Einsamkeit muss man mögen. Ansonsten alles top!

Ruhe und Erholung

Das Ferienhaus bietet alles was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Wir waren mit unseren Enkelkindern 8 und 10 Jahre hier. Der Ort ist sehr ruhig. Man erreicht aber alle Höhepunkte wie die Insel Rügen, Stralsund, den Darß oder Karls Erdbeerdorf nach kurzer Fahrzeit. Wir kommen gern wieder

Entspannung pur

Super Ferienwohnung, es bleiben keine Wünsche offen! Dampfdusche und Sauna waren eine Wohltat. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Einiger klitzekleiner Kritikpunkt: Teilweise war das Geschirr nicht sauber.

Herbsturlaub

Es war eine sehr schöne Ferienwoche, sehr liebevoll eingerichtete moderne Ferienwohnung, eine gut ausgestattete Küche, viel Platz, sowie eine tolle Sauna im oberen Bad zur Erholung nach den täglichen Ausflügen. Insgesamt ein sehr gelungener Urlaub. 🤗

Schönes Haus in 1A Lage, mit ein paar Schwächen

Das Haus ist insgesamt sehr schön, mit viel Platz und einem großen, schicken Garten mit gemauertem Grill. Insgesamt ist auch die Ausstattung gut, v.a. mit dem Kamin für das Wohnzimmer und Kanus, die zum Haus gehören. Unschlagbar gut fanden wir die Lage. Neuendorf ist klein und sehr, sehr ruhig. Selbst in den Herbstferien haben wir vom Rummel nichts mitbekommen. Gleichzeitig sind alle Attraktionen des Darß mit dem Auto super zu erreichen. Was uns nicht so gut gefallen hat war zum einen, dass Geschirr und Gerät in der Küche nicht wirklich sauber waren und wir alles erstmal spülen mussten. Die Möbel und sonstige Einrichtung ist zwar schick, aber ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, was man z.B. der Dampfdusche ganz gut ansah. Die Zimmer waren für unseren Geschmack selbst mit Beleuchtung zu dunkel. Dazu kamen einige negative Kleinigkeiten, wie ein fehlendes Kaminbesteck oder das sehr langsame Internet. Von daher war unser Gesamteindruck etwas gemischt.

Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist hier richtig

Ein schönes,reetgedecktes Haus mit toller Einrichtung lies keine Wünsche offen. Auf 2 Terassen hatten wir zu jederzeit Sonne.Mit Sauna und einer Dusche- Deluxe haben wir den Tag ausklingen lassen. Danke für die wirklich schöne Zeit!

Dieses Haus hatten wir nicht gebucht.

Leider war es nicht behindertengerecht (zwei Stufen statt Rampe, Schlafzimmer und Bad im 1. OG, steile Wendeltreppe, die ich hoch mit den Händen krauchen musste)! Das Haus selbst war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Super Urlaubsquartier

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage am Bodden ist optimal für verschiedene Aktivitäten. Mit Sauna, Kamin und Kanu haben wir in unserem Herbsturlaub bei jedem Wetter genießen können...

traumhafter Urlaub

Der Ferienhausanteil Uferschwalbe ist einer der schönsten Häuser, die wir je bewohnen durften. Neben einer super motivierenden Dusche mit Radio und Dampfdusche inkl. Belichtung, einer großen Sauna, den sehr schön dekorierten Innenräumen, gab es zusätzlich noch absolute RUHE. In diesem Haus fehlte es an nichts. So lässt es sich entspannt urlauben.

Schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Ankommen und wohlfühlen. Das Ferienhaus ist mit allem ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Auch die Lage ist einfach perfekt. Nicht nur der Blick von der Terrasse auf den Bodden, sondern auch die Lage des Hauses. In der Nähe ist ein Fahrradverleih. Die Radwege haben wir genossen. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus, die nähere und weitere Umgebung sehr empfehlen.

Wunderschöne Umgebung abseits vom großen Tourismus. Für die Schwalbennester inklusive Kot sollte eine Lösung gefunden werden.

Volltreffer!

Wer eine Wohlfühl-Oase in ruhiger Lage mit Anbindung an einer Vielzahl von Freizeitmöglichkeiten sucht, ist hier richtig. Es fehlt an nichts in diesem sehr liebevollen und geschmackvollen, modern eingerichteten Wohlfühlhaus. Ideale Grundlage für einen erholsamen Urlaub!
