High Quality Designer Detached Villa from Artist Sculptor owner Miquel Cerda

Our confortable holiday villa is situated outside of the old and cultural town Pollensa.
This villa is a lovely spot for a family holiday, set in exquisitely maintained gardens and just a short drive from all the historic sites, or by foot. Cafes and shops of Pollensa. It is a great base for exploring the surrounding countryside which is very gentle and flat and ideal for cycling. It's also less than 10 minutes away from the sea in the friendly resort of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente

The property is very nice situated and offers the privacy and the peace that you need. Is only 1,5 Km far from Pollensa where you can find restaurants, bars, museum, art exhibitions, supermarkets, etc.., also you have the Golf club 3 km far from our villa, Cala San Vicente beach is only 4 km far from our villa. Also you have 2 big supermarkets very close, only 10 minutes by walk from our property.

The villa is designed, decorated and furnished to the highest standards by its artist Sculptor owner, Miquel Cerdà, the villa contains paintings and sculptures from his private collection and art gallery.

Upon entering in our 180m2 villa there is a spacious and fully equipped modern kitchen with marble worktops including vitro hob, electric oven, grill, microwave, dish washer, freezer, fridge, and breakfast area.

Few steps more you have a large dining area set on a raised area overlooking the lounge-living area with Hi-Fi, SAT TV, DVD player, including WIFI that will allow you to enjoy an internet connection while relaxing and enjoying your holiday.

From the living-area you have access to a covered pool terrace and dining area where you can enjoy relaxing meal. Also you will find the swimming-pool, the fabulous garden area and a nice BBQ area where you can cook, surrounded by lawns and trees.

The villa has 3 bedrooms in total with air-conditioned, the master bedroom with double bed and en-suite complete bathroom with direct access to the terrace, and two twin rooms share a further complete bathroom. Also you have a bathroom and a shower in the swimming-pool area.
The villa is completelly heated for the winter period.

Close to the Pollensa Golf and Sport Center: Golf Information:The Pollensa Golf Club is open to non members and only 5 minutes by car. The challenging 9 hole courses have been described as some of the most beautiful in the Mediterranean, with a clubhouse, a restaurant which also welcomes non-golfers, a swimming pool, rental of clubs, trolleys and golf cars also available. Tuition can be arranged and there are regular tournaments.

Sport Center information: The Sport Center is open to non members and only 1 minute walking. You can practice tennis, football, climbing, running, etc....

Excellent villa, well located and easy walk into the beautiful old town of Pollença. Also very convenient to 2 good supermarkets. Great indoor space with all the necessary amenities, good kitchen, living space and comfortable beds. Beautiful gardens with a really good sized swimming pool, as well as a table tennis table which got good use. Lovely out- building with charcoal bbq.Communication and access very good via Miquel and Maria. Would highly recommend and we’d love to return again. We had a fabulous family holiday. Thank you!

Wonderful

The villa was the perfect home base for our family’s first trip to Europe. I would spend my time looking at the wonderful set inside or play in the wonderful grounds outside. Miquel was a great host. Very safe and clean. Perfect location in a great town. We loved it.

Amazing villa in perfect location

Lovely traditional property on the outskirts of Pollensa - beautifully kept with lots of original artwork to admire. The garden and pool area were fabulous to relax in and with a couple of excellent restaurants within walking distance we had a fabulous week.

A perfect week's getaway

Fantastic property well located within walking distance of Pollensa and local supermarkets, and an ideal cycling base. Whilst not having an interest in art ourselves, the work around the walls and spaces was stunning and added a lot of interest to an already wonderful home. We had a very comfortable stay and appreciated the excellent outdoor area with BBQ and pool. Maria was nearby for any queries and we genuinely hope to return next year.

Villa Norai gave us just what we were looking for. Lovely villa with interesting history, fantastic garden and outdoor kitchen area, and a great pool. We have been to Pollenca countless times over the past 20 years and have never enjoyed it more.

Stunning villa!

We had a wonderful two weeks at Villa Norai. The villa is beautifully appointed and very unique. The pool was wonderful, UV filtered we think. Location was excellent, 2mins walk to the bus stop and 10mins walk into the enchanting Pollensa Old Town. Highly recommend….faultless!

Beautfiul Property in a Great Location

We stayed here in early June 18 and can't recommend it highly enough. The house is well laid out and comfortable, the pool and outside area is fantastic and the location is perfect. We hired a car and it took 5 mins to Pollenca and 10 mins to Port de Pollenca, both towns have their own charms and appeals and offer a great selection of restaurants. You won't be disappointed if you hire Villa Norai.

Lovely villa

This villa is really lovely. The pool area is amazing. The villa is really spacious and well cared for. Really nice that the villa was cleaned during our stay and the pool was cleaned too. Easy to enjoy the sun but lots of shade too. We really enjoyed using the outside cooking area and ate every meal outside too. Easy to walk into Pollenca which is so pretty. Lovely restaurant over the road from villa too. Would love to stay here again.

Nice house and close to town. Great pool area. One negative - Twin beds in one bedroom need replacing or repairing. Nothing to do with the house at all but don’t forget to take mosquito repellent, it’s essential !

We came with our two grown up sons and had the most amazing time in this really beautiful, brilliantly located home. It was immaculate and the host could not have been more helpful. Fabulous villa is

Villa is superb. Situated just outside Pollensa but within walking distance. Supermarket is less than 10 minutes walk on the other direction. The grounds are beautiful, the villa is spacious and comfortably accommodated us (family of 6). The communication was excellent and meet and greet was a lovely touch. Very happy to recommend this to anyone.

What we really like about Villa Norai: Walking distance to Pollensa Short drive to Porto Pollensa 1 min drive to supermarkets Making it very well situated Large private pool Pretty spacious gardens Outside kitchen We love the shaded terrace, outside seating and loungers, shower at the pool-still miss sitting out there chatting! Maria and Miguel very helpful any issues Really enjoyed our 2nd stay in this rustic style villa filled with art Hope to return again one day

Excellent Villa in perfect location

We stayed for a week in this beautifull villa near Pollensa. The owner was very friendly and helpfull. The villa is located near the main road from Pollensa to Port de Pollensa, but it is very quiet and peacefull. Trafic noise wasn't a problem at all. The villa has everything you need and is very comfortable. You can easely walk to Pollenca, which is a very nice village to visit for shopping or eating-out. Also, cycling was excellent from here. We highly recommend this villa!

A wonderful month

We stayed at Villa Norai for four wonderful weeks. The Villa is lovely, the gardens beautiful and the pool amazing. The owners were friendly and helpful - and helped make this a fantastic experience. The villa is positioned so conveniently for walking into Pollensa old town and on the road directly to Port de Pollensa. We were able to do some remote working as well as holidaying - no problems with the quality of the WiFi. The kitchen and facilities were great. The whole family enjoyed our time. We wouldn’t hesitate to go back (in fact we didn’t want to leave). Highly recommend staying here.

Return Visit

After last years successful family holiday we could not wait to return once again to this fantastic villa. This year we had both family and friends and all agreed that the quality and uniqueness of this villa coupled with its excellent location was a winner. Miquel Cerdà Salas (1949, Pollença) is a complete artist. He was a cultural agitator, he opted for contemporary art when nobody believed it and made it his own gallery in 1972. Then, there were only 4 Cats and Pelaires Art Gallery in Palma. He promoted to form young artists: Amador, Sussy Gómez, Biel March, Tofol Sastre ... Later he edited the graphic work of Jaume Plensa, José Morea, Fernando Martínez, Amador, Carmen Bereguer, Gerard Matas. For the gallery, other renowned artists also visited: Luis Castillo, Martín Royo, Sabala ... He left an indelible mark in his native town. The Pollença Museum pays tribute to it, which examines the artistic career.
