Very clean one-bedroom apartment in a convenient location. We rented this apartment for Parents Weekend, and it was about a 25 Uber ride to the University of Dayton campus.The property is very quiet overall, with no noticeable road noise. There are other tenants on the property, and we could hear their conversation one morning, but otherwise we had no issues with noise.The apartment has multiple fans and AC units, which made it easy to keep the space comfortable. There are also several large TVs, which was a nice touch.The one drawback was a noticeable musty smell, particularly in the entryway and throughout the apartment. It wasn’t overwhelming, but it was definitely noticeable during our stay.Overall, a clean, quiet, and convenient place to stay, with the mustiness being the main area for improvement.
