The spacious living area and kitchen are modern and fully furnished. The exposed wooden beam ceiling and the open loft give this house a unique charm.

The house features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with showers, with one on the ground floor and one on the upper floor. This makes the house ideal for 2 couples or a family with 2 children. A cosy fireplace creates a warm atmosphere and invites you to linger, especially during the cooler months. The beautiful terrace offers additional space to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The house is a smoke-free property.

The small swimming area is just a few steps from the house (dogs are not allowed here); a public beach with a slide and diving platform (dogs not allowed) is located about 500-700 m away, as is the historic town centre of Sternberg with its numerous small shops. The nearest major cities—Güstrow, Schwerin, Wismar, and the Baltic Sea coast—are approximately 25–35 km away.

Motorised boats are not permitted on the lake.
