Enjoy your holiday at the Njörd holiday home!<br><br>According to legend, Njörd is the Germanic god of water.<br><br>A high-quality, tastefully furnished, non-smoking Frisian cottage awaits you for your relaxing holiday in NORDEN-NORDDEICH, in a beautiful, low-traffic location.<br><br>The ground floor features a large living-dining area with tile floors and underfloor heating. There’s also a wood-burning stove for cosy evenings on the XXL couch and the comfortable armchair, along with cosy blankets. For fun evenings together, games, books, and a CD player are available. There’s also a large LCD TV on the ground floor.<br><br>You’ll find everything you need in the fully equipped kitchen. Here you’ll find, for example, a dishwasher, microwave, oven, contact grill, refrigerator and freezer, coffee maker, Nespresso capsule machine with an electric milk frother, toaster, blender, egg cooker, electric kettle, baking utensils, and much more. <br><br>Of course, a washing machine and dryer, as well as an iron and ironing board, are provided. <br><br>On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and direct access to the garden and the private east-facing terrace. All bedrooms are equipped with roller blinds and standard mattresses and mattress protectors, ensuring you’ll enjoy a restful night’s sleep. Additional blankets and a selection of pillows are also available. The upper bedroom, the window in the hallway, and the lower bathroom have mosquito screens.<br><br>A spacious shower room with a low threshold, including a sauna (for 3–4 people), a toilet, a towel dryer with heated floors, and a recliner, is also located on the ground floor. You’ll find a hair dryer in both bathrooms. The beautiful, large southwest-facing terrace, which opens onto a lawn, is furnished with 6 chairs with cushions, a large table, and a parasol. You’ll find another small table with 2 chairs inside the wooden house. <br><br>With the phone, which includes a free DSL internet connection, you can also make free calls to German landlines (excluding calls that incur charges). Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.<br><br>On the upper floor, there are 2 additional bedrooms. One room is equipped with a double bed and a TV, and the other room has 2 single beds. There is also another bathroom with a low-entry shower and a toilet on this floor. The upper floor has laminate flooring. <br><br>A travel cot and a high chair are available free of charge for our younger guests. A stair gate (Geuther) is also provided.<br><br>The washing machine is located in a separate storage room. The dryer is in the upper bathroom. <br><br>The house features a large garden with a wooden shed. Here you’ll also find a grill and grilling supplies. You can park your bicycles in the bike racks or, if it rains, in the wooden shed.<br><br>A parking space is also included with the rental. <br><br>Pets are not allowed. <br><br>Norddeich is approximately 3 km away. It’s easily accessible by bike via bike paths.<br><br>Right next door is the “Friesenstern” accommodation, which can be booked in addition if you need more space.<br><br>For this holiday rental, we can offer you a daily regional bread roll delivery service. You’ll receive further information and prices with your booking confirmation.<br><br>You’re welcome to add a laundry package as an optional extra. This can be done during the booking process or at any time afterwards for a fee.
