Das Ferienhaus ist die bessere Hälfte eines Doppelhäuser. Es liegt ruhig im Stadtteil Norden mit guter Verbindung nach Norddeich. Alle Wege lassen sich mit Auto oder Fahrrad gut erreichen. Die Ausstattung ist für unsere Verhältnisse optimal geeignet. Die Fotos spiegeln nicht das Flair des Hauses wieder, obwohl alles wie auf den Bildern angegeben ist. Letztlich der Fliesenboden ist nicht so gemütlich, aber aufgrund von Haltbarkeit und Pflege eines Ferienobjektes durchaus nachzuvollziehen. Die Betten sind für "lange Kerls und Mädels" etwas schmal und kurz, aber die hochwertige Bett- und Badegäste lässt keine Wünsche offen.
Es war perfekt sauber und gepflegt und trotz häufiger Nutzung nicht abgewohnt sondern überraschend neu. Spiele sind ausreichend vorhanden und der TV ist streamingfähig. Im Haus gibt es diverse Bücher unterschiedlichen Genres.
Alles wichtige (Grill, Ofen, Sauna....) wird mit laminiert Folien wunderbar einfach erklärt.
Alles in allem, ein hervorragend vorbereitetes Haus.
