Located in NORDDEICH—just about 300 m from the North Sea—is this lovingly furnished, non-smoking upstairs apartment, “Möwennest,” featuring a southwest-facing balcony (completed in December 2009). The bathroom has tile flooring. The other rooms have PVC flooring. The windows are fitted with pleated blinds and blackout roller shades. Large living-dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, including a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, freezer compartment, electric kettle, microwave, coffee maker, etc., as well as a radio and a flat-screen TV with a built-in DVD player.

2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds, plus a second TV). Shower/toilet with washing machine. A cot and high chair are available. Balcony with furniture. A storage room next to the apartment is also available.

The holiday rental is located in Norddeich, a popular coastal town on the East Frisian North Sea. Thanks to its central location, the wide sandy beach, the harbour promenade, and numerous recreational activities—such as the seal sanctuary, the Ocean Wave water park, and mini-golf courses—are all within easy walking distance. The ferry terminal, with connections to the islands of Norderney and Juist, is right nearby. The surrounding area also offers many biking and hiking trails along the dikes, ideal for nature excursions. A perfect location to enjoy the North Sea and East Frisia to the fullest.
