Located in Norddeich—just about 300 m from the North Sea—is this beautiful top-floor apartment (2nd floor) called “Juistblick,” featuring a southwest-facing balcony and a view across the Wadden Sea World Heritage Site to the island of Juist.

This allergy-friendly holiday rental is tastefully and high-quality furnished. The floors in the living and dining area, hallway, and bathroom are fully tiled and feature comfortable underfloor heating.

The spacious living and dining area features a radio/CD player with MP3 capability, a DVD player, an LED smart TV (81 cm) with an USB media player function, and an HDMI connection. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, and bottle warmer for the little ones, is located right next door. The living room can be darkened with a pleated blind. From here, you can also step out onto the beautiful, furnished balcony. A private parking space is also available.

There are two cosy bedrooms with wide-plank laminate flooring and exterior shutters—one with a double bed (2 x 90 cm mattresses) and one with two single beds (90 cm mattresses). The bathroom, which gets natural light, features a shower, sink, washing machine, hair dryer, and toilet.

The apartment is suitable for people with allergies.

Pets are not allowed.

A travel cot and play mat, as well as a clothes rack, ironing board, magazines, books, CDs, DVDs, and games are available free of charge.

The holiday rental is located in Norddeich, a popular coastal town on the East Frisian North Sea. Centrally located, the wide sandy beach, the harbour promenade, and numerous recreational activities—such as the seal sanctuary, the Ocean Wave water park, and mini-golf courses—are all within easy walking distance. The ferry terminal, with connections to the islands of Norderney and Juist, is right nearby. The surrounding area also offers many biking and hiking trails along the dikes, ideal for nature excursions. A perfect location to enjoy the North Sea and East Frisia to the fullest.
