This tastefully and modernly furnished, non-smoking holiday rental for 4 people is located right on the water and features a terrace, a private boat dock (for exclusive use), and two terraces—promising an unforgettable holiday experience (even for nature lovers).

The stylish kitchen features a dishwasher, egg cooker, microwave, oven, coffee maker, Senseo coffee pad machine, electric kettle, freezer compartment, toaster, hand blender, tea set, children’s tableware, and a radio/CD player

The open-concept living area, featuring a cosy couch and dining table set, is equipped with a satellite TV and a DVD player. A collection of games is also available. From here, you have an unobstructed view of the water and, for example, the boats passing by.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm and 140 cm x 200 cm). Both bedrooms are equipped with an additional HD TV. The bedrooms are fitted with exterior roller blinds.

A bathroom with a shower and toilet, a separate guest bathroom, a washing machine, a hair dryer, an ironing board, an iron, and a clothes drying rack are also included.

Each room has fly screens.

This holiday rental is fully equipped with underfloor heating.

A high chair and a travel cot (by Hauck) are available free of charge.

The patio is well-furnished. There are two seating areas: one with 4 chairs and a garden table, and another with 6 chairs and a garden table, as well as a patio umbrella.

The independent living space ventilation system (which can be turned off) with heat recovery supplies the apartment with fresh air in an energy-efficient manner.

A small garden shed provides space for items such as bicycles you bring along.

From here, you can reach the idyllic harbour, the twin windmills, and the town centre—with its historic building facades and picturesque 17th-century alleys—in just a few minutes. There you’ll also find a wide selection of restaurants and shops that invite you to linger. The Koppke, the children’s playground, and the playhouse are also nearby.
