“WATT a feeling” in Greetsiel!<br><br>Welcome to the “WATT a feeling” upstairs holiday apartment in the new Grachtenpark II (next to Landhaus Steinfeld), featuring a balcony and a view of the water. The town centre, with all its shops and restaurants, the twin windmills, and the harbour are all just a few minutes’ walk from the apartment.<br><br>For overnight stays, there is a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m, separate mattresses) in the upstairs bedroom and two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m each) in the attic studio. There is plenty of storage space in both rooms for your belongings. Blackout curtains are installed in both bedrooms. The attic bedroom also features a TV.<br><br>Does your perfect day start with a hearty breakfast? If so, you can prepare it in the fully equipped kitchen. Here you’ll find a stove with a ceramic cooktop, an oven, and an exhaust hood, as well as a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and more. A washing machine is also built into the kitchen. <br><br>Meals can be enjoyed at the table with comfortable chairs in the dining area or, when the sun is shining, on the furnished balcony overlooking the Greetsiel canals. <br><br>The bright living area, with its floor-to-ceiling windows, inviting sofa nook, and a cosy armchair, is the perfect place to relax. In addition to a TV, you’ll find a small selection of reading material and board games here.<br><br>Right next door is the shower room with a walk-in shower, a skylight, and plenty of storage space for your toiletries. A hair dryer is, of course, included.<br><br>You’ll find a clothes rack, vacuum cleaner, various cleaning supplies, and a high chair in the storage room next to the kitchen. Some windows are equipped with fly screens.<br><br>The garden shed belonging to the apartment offers enough space to store any bicycles you bring with you. An electrical socket is also available here.<br><br>Are you a proud boat owner? If so, you can “set sail” with your boat from the communal dock!<br><br>A parking space is available for your car. <br><br>Free Wi-Fi is available (on-site registration required). (We cannot guarantee unrestricted availability or sufficient speed.)<br><br>Unfortunately, pets are not allowed! Please smoke only on the balcony!<br><br>We are now able to offer charging stations for electric cars at the Greetsieler Grachtenpark (for a usage-based fee); however, we cannot guarantee continuous and unrestricted availability.<br><br>The "Robbe," "Schnack-Stuuv," and "Seepferdchen" accommodation is located in the same building; other accommodation in Grachtenpark II include "Grachtensteern," “Grachtentied,” “TiefSinn,” “Unnerdack,” “Perle,” “Lieblingsort,” “Lütten Uttied,” “Malte,” and “Nordseebrise.”<br><br>Due to construction work in the immediate vicinity, we unfortunately cannot rule out occasional noise and/or dust disturbances.<br><br>This accommodation is available for rent during the Easter and fall breaks for stays of five nights or more, with no fixed check-out day.<br><br>The holiday rental is located in the picturesque Greetsiel Canal Park, nestled in the idyllic waterfront landscape of the popular fishing village of Greetsiel. The exclusive location with access to the canals offers a unique view of the water and a peaceful, maritime atmosphere. From here, it’s just a few minutes’ walk to the historic town centre with its famous twin windmills, small boutiques, cafés, and restaurants at the harbour. The surrounding area is perfect for walks and bike rides along the dikes, and the North Sea coast is just a short drive away. An ideal location for a relaxing holiday by the water.<br><br>You’re welcome to add a laundry package as an optional extra. This can be done during the booking process or at any time afterwards for a fee.
