This bright corner holiday home, freshly renovated in 2022, spans two floors and is located in a prime spot in Wenningstedt between the dunes and the village pond.

On the light-filled ground floor, there is a small entryway with a coat closet, off of which a guest bathroom is located.

From the entryway, you enter the living/kitchen/dining area:
A spacious and stylishly furnished living room with a cosy sofa area and a view of the garden. The modern and bright dining area is perfect for social gatherings. The open kitchen with a window is very well-equipped.

Through a patio door, you can step out from the living room onto the sunny and generously furnished west-facing terrace with a year-round beach chair.

An easily accessible staircase with a handrail leads to the basement:

Bedroom 1: Double bed, closet, TV, and window.

Bedroom 2: Double bed, closet, and window.

Bathroom: Bright bathroom with underfloor heating, shower, toilet, towel warmer, and window.

A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use by all guests in the basement of the house.

Location: This holiday rental is centrally located in a quiet area of Wenningstedt, between the dunes and the village pond. Various restaurants and shopping options are located nearby and are easily accessible on foot or by bike.
