Our LOUISE holiday rental is surrounded by pubs and bars. The apartment stands out for its unique location. All of Dresden’s beautiful sights are within walking distance.

The apartment features a spacious living room with a TV and a sleeper sofa for one person. There’s also a desk available for working. From the living room, you can walk through the pretty double doors into the bedroom, which features a sandstone wall and a double bed.
Our LOUISE thus sleeps 3 people. The living room and bedroom face Alaunstraße—a lively street in Dresden’s Neustadt district that’s perfect for strolling and going out. Double-glazed windows ensure a peaceful night’s sleep, though.

The kitchen and bathroom face the green backyard. Adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen is the balcony with a view of the greenery. Here you can wind down in the evenings and enjoy breakfast.

The shower room with a window is a small wellness oasis and ideal for warming up and relaxing after a long walk through the city.

Sogar das Parken im nahegelegenen Parkhaus war super günstig. Tolle Restaurants in der unmittelbaren Nähe. Kann ich zu 100 % weiterempfehlen und würde diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall noch mal buchen.

Wir haben es geliebt und wären gern noch länger geblieben! Das Apartment ist minimalistisch und trotzdem sehr gemütlich. Es enthält alles was man so für eine Unterkunft braucht. Wir wurden rechtzeitig informiert für Anweisungen und Wegweisungen des Apartments. Es ist super zentral in Dresden-Neustadt. Die Fußbodenheizung war unser Highlight :D Wir kommen sicher bald mal wieder!

Kurztripp

Der Aufenthalt war wunderbar, waren zum Kaisermania und es war zu Fuss sehr gut erreichbar in 20 Minuten. Es war für uns ein kleiner Kurzurlaub. Sehr schönes Apartment.
