Thoughtfully renovated with high-end finishes, a private hot tub, oversized deck, and beautiful indoor-outdoor living spaces, this 3-bedroom, 2-bath home sleeps 8 and is perfect for families, couples, groups, and travelers bringing their dog.

The Space:
The spacious primary suite features a king bed, private ensuite bathroom, and cozy reading nook. On the main level, you'll find a queen bedroom and a bunk room with four twin beds.

The dramatic great room features soaring ceilings and expansive accordion doors that open to the outdoors. Gather around the dining table, enjoy your morning coffee at the dedicated coffee and beverage bar, or relax after a day exploring the mountains.

Outside, soak in the private built-in hot tub, grill dinner, or enjoy the oversized deck surrounded by aspens and fresh mountain air.

Additional amenities include a dedicated laundry room and a cozy dog bed for your four-legged family member.

The house was beautiful and perfectly situated near Grand Lake. We enjoyed the hot tub and quiet of the woods, while only a few minutes from the rustic town. Saw lots of deer walking through, and look forward to being able to return for a visit soon!

We had an excellent stay at Koren and Jessica's place. Koren was super responsive throughout our stay! The entire house was exactly as advertised and there were no surprises. It is very well maintained and we were very impressed with how clean it was.It's close proximity to the lakes, RMNP makes it a very desirable location.Oh and talking about surprises we got to see a bear!
