Casa Los Suenos cozy country house with sea and mountain views

Located on a cul-de-sac on a lot of approximately 5,000 square metres, this roughly 200-year-old, non-smoking home accommodates 4 people and serves as an ideal starting point for numerous hikes and excursions. The house has 2 bedrooms, each with two single beds (1x2m each). Both bedrooms have their own bathroom. A large living-dining area with a raised, open kitchen separates the two bedrooms. The kitchen is very well-equipped. It includes a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, toaster, professional juicer, and many small items you’ll need in the kitchen. The living area features a cosy leather couch, satellite TV, a stereo system, and free Wi-Fi. An open fireplace (firewood provided free of charge) adds a romantic touch. Central heating is available for the cool winter days (October 1–April 30). The south-facing terrace is furnished with teak furniture (2 lounge chairs and a dining area that seats 6 people). Of course, there’s also a grill. Enjoy relaxing hours in the sun and round off the day with one of the beautiful sunsets. The view of the evening sky is also well worth it. To the east, the terrace is bordered by an utility shed with a washing machine and dryer, as well as a separate guest bathroom abgegrenzt.Im. The landscaped part of the garden features numerous plants and fruit trees (you’re welcome to harvest them).Watch the lizards basking on the stone walls and listen to the birds chirping.
