Your accommodation in detail:
Our spacious first-floor apartment features a large terrace, an open-concept living-kitchen area, a guest bathroom, and a bedroom with an adjoining bathroom.

The kitchen offers:
everything you need, including basic amenities such as plenty of glasses, plates, and cutlery, a dishwasher, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an oven, and an induction stove.

The living area features:
a large dining table, two Dieter Rams sofas, an OLED TV, a Bose sound system with a CD player, a guest bathroom, and large windows with direct access to the spacious terrace. This is for your exclusive use.

25-square-meter terrace:
two lounge chairs, a dining table with four chairs, lighting, electrical sockets, good Wi-Fi reception, and a 5-meter-wide awning that provides ample shade.

The bedroom features:
a king-size bed (200 cm wide—with a very comfortable memory foam mattress), two shelves with coat hangers, and air conditioning. We provide bed linens and towels. The bright bathroom: Access directly from the bedroom, shower, radio with Bluetooth, towels, hair dryer, mirror, and heated floors.

Dogs
Your four-legged family member is very welcome here. Please let us know before your arrival that you’ll be bringing your dog. We charge a flat fee of 40 euros per dog per stay. We kindly ask that you ensure your dog does not lie on the beds or upholstered furniture.
