Art filled and spacious 4-bedroom, 2-office house with private yard in Vancouver

Come relax and make yourself at home in this beautiful and spacious four bedroom, two and a half bath home with an office in Vancouver. Very quiet and private at the end of a cul de sac. It's five minutes away from I-5 and I-205 with easy access to Portland in about 15 minutes and PDX airport in 20 minutes (without traffic). There's a lush, green backyard surrounded by trees with patio and a BBQ. The living room has a 65" TV with Chromecast and PS4 for all your entertainment needs.

Two offices (one doubling as a bedroom) with adjustable sit-stand desks with 40" and 32" monitors available for all your working needs. Three bedrooms have queen beds and the fourth bedroom has a futon. The pullout sofa downstairs can sleep one or two people as well and there's a second smaller futon in the hallway upstairs in case it's needed. Washer, dryer, and detergent are available for doing laundry. Full kitchen stocked with coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster oven, rice cooker, air fryer, electric range, oven, fridge, and plenty of utensils and dishes for your cooking needs. Spices and some pantry items available as well.
