Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Close and lock all windows and blinds. Turn down thermostats to between 55-60 degrees.
Turn off AC and or Electric Fireplace. Log out of any streaming services.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
There is a "Strict" No Smoking Policy including Vaping inside the home. Please smoke outdoors and dispose of any butts in a proper receptacle.
If your stay includes a Monday, please have all outside trash/recycling/yard waste bins on the curb on site of driveway by 7:00 am Monday morning.
