The Property
This 6-bedroom, 4.5-bath home comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests and is thoughtfully set up across two connected living spaces, offering both togetherness and privacy for large families or groups traveling together.

Step outside to enjoy your private dock, featuring a boat lift, tie-up slip, and easy access to the main lake just under a bridge with approximately 8 ft clearance. The calm 8-foot-deep water makes it ideal for swimming, relaxing, or heading out for a day on the boat. Guests also have access to 2 kayaks and 1 paddleboard, life jackets, paddles, and a peaceful waterfront setting complete with a charming dock fountain.

Inside and out, this home is built for fun and comfort. Enjoy the screened-in outdoor patio, multiple wine and beverage fridges, an ice maker, and a fully stocked garage entertainment space featuring a game room with ping pong, a Ninja Slushi machine, popcorn machine, and slow cooker. There’s also a full Mahjong set with 2025 cards, racks, and mat for game nights.

Families will love the brand new pack & play and high chair, plus plenty of space for kids and adults alike. Parking is easy with space for 5+ vehicles, and an EV charger is available for added convenience.

Bedroom and bathroom layouts are spread across two homes:

-The main house includes 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms
-The second house includes 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, including a private master suite with its own bathroom and fireplace, plus deck access in select rooms

There are two J1772 (non-Tesla) chargers available on the property. Tesla vehicles can also use them, but an adapter is required (guests will need to bring their own).

One charger is mounted on the wall in the garage, and the other is located in a cabinet at the bottom of the driveway by the fence overlooking the lake.

★☆ We provide a starter set of supplies including dish soap, paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags and dish soap. Basically enough to last a few days.

★☆ A service fee of $25.00, in addition to shipping charges, will be applied for the return of items left at the property.

★☆ We love hosting guests with dogs! To ensure a comfortable experience for everyone, please follow these guidelines:

- Keep dogs on a leash when outside at all times.
- No dogs on the furniture, including beds and couches.
- We allow up to two dogs weighing 50 pounds or less with a non-refundable fee.
