Whether it's for a week-end away or a scheduled business trip you'll enjoy your stay in this cozy side by side duplex/home. Charming renovated 1924 home is fully stocked with modern comforts while maintaining all of its original character.
The home has original newly refinished hardwood floors, 9 foot ceilings, crown molding, log burning fireplace, radiant heat, wooden shutters, large closet and lots of windows.
New updates include brand new appliances and countertops in the kitchen, subway and hexagon tiles in the bathroom.
Professionally decorated to be warm and inviting. Vintage Thomasville furniture, down filled couch from the Seattle Design Center, numerous framed art work all add to the charm of the home.

Great place for our last night of a family visit before a Seatac departure for son and family. Spacious place, comfortable beds, many coffee making options in the morning. Well supplied kitchen but we chose easy walking to good dinner. Check in (and departure) easy.

Wonderful Home

This Queen Anne location was just perfect. Comfy, spacious, walking distance to Seattle’s top tourist attractions, and a quick drive to the adorable Queen Anne restaurant/shop streets. We loved it and the host was amazing and accommodating. Thank you for all the local recommendations, too!

Loved this VRBO. Our family of 5 visited Seattle and this was the perfect spot. Location was in walking distance to all the Queen Ann restaurants, walking distance to the city center, space needle and kerry park. It was clean, comfortable and the host was very responsive. We will definitely book next time!
