A stylish and modern 60-square-meter holiday home (semi-detached) with a terrace and garden, ideally located on the beautiful swimming lake in Aurich, East Frisia. Welcome to our new and modern holiday home, Seeschwalbe 2, in Aurich, located directly on the swimming lake in Tannenhausen. The holiday home (semi-detached) has approximately 60 square metres of living space and offers plenty of room for up to 4 people and a toddler (a cot and high chair are provided). The house is contemporary, new, and modernly furnished. The open-concept living-dining area on the ground floor features a fully equipped, bright kitchen with a dining set, a modern sofa, a table, and a flat-screen TV. From here, you have direct access to your covered terrace and the garden. The ground floor also features the first bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink. The two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds—are located on the upper floor of the holiday home. Another bathroom with a shower and toilet is also on the upper floor. Dogs are welcome here for a one-time fee of 100 euros. A solar panel system was installed on the roof in spring 2026, and a wallbox is installed at the house. Please feel free to contact us regarding charging your electric car. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Enjoy a relaxing stay right next to the swimming lake. The semi-detached house is located right next to the Tannenhausen swimming lake. The lake offers a variety of activities for both guests seeking relaxation and those looking for adventure. For example, you can rent pedal boats or beach chairs. There’s a modern water ski facility and a water park on the lake. A small café at the entrance and a modern beach bar cater to your culinary needs.
