A semi-detached house right on the Aurich-Tannenhausen swimming lake. The modern and lovingly furnished Nitschke - FeWo Watt semi-detached house offers you the chance to enjoy your holiday in the heart of East Frisia. The holiday rental, located in one of our two semi-detached homes newly built in 2022, is situated right on the idyllic swimming lake in Aurich-Tannenhausen. Each half of the semi-detached house has approximately 60 m² of living space and can accommodate up to four people. The open-concept ground floor, featuring a kitchen, living, and dining area, as well as the adjoining terrace with a direct view of the lake, invites you to relax and unwind. Upstairs, there are two cosy bedrooms and a large bathroom with natural light, featuring a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. Parking for cars is available right next to the house. Larger families are welcome to reserve both half-houses together.
