Es war eine großzügig geschnittene Wohnung, auch für 6 erwachsene Personen. Mit nur einem Bad manchmal etwas problematisch, aber mit etwas Organisation machbar. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet und sauber. Der Außenbereich war allerdings nicht gereinigt, so dass Schmutz, vertrocknete Blätter und Spinnweben ihren Weg gefunden haben. Von daher war der erste Eindruck nicht der, der uns in der Wohnung erwartet hat. Wir haben die Zeit in Sellin und in der Wohnung sehr genossen. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig, aber sehr zentral.

Die Unterkunft ist großzügig, sauber, ruhig, gut ausgestattet mit schönem Ausblick, alles wie in den Unterlagen beschrieben. Da wir 2 Veranden außen in der 1.Etage hatten, ist auch eine fehlende Nutzung des Gartens gut zu verkraften. Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern ist die steile Treppe zu beachten, dies steht aber auch in der Beschreibung. Man muss halt beachten, dass alles über diese Treppe läuft und es auch keine Abstellmöglichkeit im EG. , z.B. für Kinderwagen gibt. Trotzdem sind wir sehr zufrieden um kommen gerne wieder.

Das Haus entspricht den Erwartungen der Bilder.Zu unserer Zeit (Himmelfahrt) gab es leider ein Baugerüst, was die Aussicht natürlich sehr eingeschränkt hat.In einem Zimmer ist die Heizungsverteilung leider schlecht verlegt. Durch die Längenausdehnung der Rohre ab ca. 6 Uhr beginnt das Holz an der Wandverkleidung an zu quietschen, was mich als Langschläfer morgens immer aufgeweckt hatte.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist einzigartig, die Nähe zum Wald, Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind perfekt. Der Bäcker in der Nähe verwöhnte uns mit Vollkornbrot..
Die Wohnung ist sehr praktisch eingerichtet, die Küche läd zum Kochen ein und die beiden Terassen runden die Urlaubsstimmung ab.
Einziger Nachteil der Wohnung : nur eine Toilette.. Aber wir kommen wieder..
