Das Ferienhaus ist perfekt gelegen: man kann zu Fuß sehr schnell am Strand oder auch in der Wilhelmstraße, im Schwimmbad oder an der Seebrücke sein. In dem schönen Ferienhaus fühlt man sich sehr wohl und hat alles, was man benötigt. Anders als in vielen Ferienhäusern ist es mit qualitativ hochwertigen Möbeln eingerichtet und es wurde auch an nützliche Details, wie genügend Handtuchhaken, Geschirrspültabs, Küchenrolle und eine Basis an Gewürzen gedacht. Wir haben auch die Saunagänge sehr genossen mit anschließendem Relaxen auf der schönen Terasse. Praktisch war auch das Smart-TV mit allen möglichen Apps (Lock-In erforderlich). Auch waren viele Brettspiele und jede Menge Bücher vorhanden, so dass keine Langweile aufkommt. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und man fühlt sich wie zu Hause.

Kalte, sonnige Tage auf Rügen in einem gemütlichen Haus. Lage perfekt (Strand, Seebrücke, Einkaufsmöglichkeit und Bus - alles zu Fuß erreichbar). Die Küche lädt zum Kochen ein.Rundum zu empfehlen.

Tolle und ruhige Lage mit kurzem Weg zum Selliner Südstrand und zum Hochuferweg. Gemütliche und sehr gepflegte Einrichtung des Hauses. Es ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Nur die Hecke rund um das Haus müsste dringend zurückgeschnitten werden. Dann wäre es im Haus gleich etwas heller und die Herbstsonne würde es bis ins Innere schaffen.

Wir als Familie mit Hund haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und der kurze Weg zum Strand perfekt. Besonders genossen haben wir die schöne Sauna und den Kaminofen.Alles war sehr sauber und die Räume sehr geräumig. Küche ist gut ausgestattet ,allerdings könnte das Besteck und die Kaffeemaschine mal ausgetauscht werden

Schönes Haus mit kurzem Weg in die Natur

Das Haus ist wunderschön und die Einrichtung ermöglicht einem, sofort in Erholungszustand zu kommen.Zum Hochuferweg und zum Strand kommt man sehr schnell (auch wenn es eine schöne Steigung ist).Man kann schön am Hochuferweg durch Wald gehen oder am Strand bis Göhren oder zur Seebrücke Sellin.Die Bilder sind ein paar Jahre alt. Das schöne Haus steht nicht so frei, aber es gibt eine hohe Hecke zur Strasse.

Die Lage des Hauses ist top. Die Pflanzen ums Haus waren sehr hoch, nicht so wie auf dem Werbefoto, und vondaher war es im Wohnzimmer sehr dunkel, die Beleuchtung eher dämmrig. Vieles von dem Inventar im unteren Hausbereich dürfte mal generalüberholt werden.. Ehrlich gesagt, wir waren etwas enttäuscht.

Schönes gepflegtes Haus in toller Lage

Wir haben den Urlaub in Sellin sehr genossen. Das Haus ist genau so wie beschrieben und für einen Urlaub mit Hund ideal. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und man ist sofort an der bewaldeten Steilküste. Der Hundestrand ist ebenfalls schnell zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Herrn Kirchhof war unkompliziert und er war für uns immer erreichbar. Wir können das Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Ein Haus voller Charme

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit auf Rügen, in Sellin, in diesem wunderschönen Häuschen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, es ist einfach voller Charme. Das Highlight ist die Sauna. Wenn wir wieder in Seelin sind, dann auch in jedem Fall wieder in diesem Haus.
