Come on in—100% feel-good guarantee! Enjoy a relaxing vacation in our charming "Süddüne" bungalow. With room for up to three people, it’s ideal for a vacation as a couple, a small family, or with friends.

The abundance of natural light, furniture in harmonious colors, and nautical accessories create a lovely atmosphere and that authentic North Sea vibe! After a bike ride or a walk on the beach, the cozy living room—complete with a couch, armchair, TV, and radio—invites you to relax and unwind together. Here you can watch TV, listen to music, or surf the Internet on your smartphone in complete peace and quiet.

On vacation, even cooking becomes a pleasure! In the open, well-equipped kitchen, you can easily whip up delicious meals or quick snacks. While crispy schnitzel sizzles on the glass-ceramic stove and rosemary potatoes bake in the oven, set the dining table with a view of the roaring North Sea (wall mural). The dishwasher takes care of the dishes.

You can relax wonderfully on the covered terrace of the “Süddüne” bungalow! Read a thrilling vacation mystery novel in a garden chair, have a cozy chat together, or simply let your mind wander...

When the curbs are raised on Borkum and it’s time to rest, two separate bedrooms await you. One is furnished with a double bed, the other with a single bed. There’s plenty of space in the closet for your vacation wardrobe. Electric exterior blinds are available to block out the light.

The shower room is simple and elegant. To let in fresh North Sea air, the room features a skylight that can be opened.

General Information: A clothes rack, ironing board, and iron are provided. A vacuum cleaner is part of the standard furnishings, as are child-proof outlet covers. You have access to a private parking space. There is a storage area for bicycles. Pets are not allowed; we appreciate your understanding.
The “Süddünen2” apartment is located to the right of the private main house. It is set back slightly and features a flat roof and its own entrance, which is accessible from the terrace.

In our “Süddünen” bungalow, you’ll enjoy a wonderful location! Just a few minutes away, and you’re already at the beautiful South Beach (about a 2-minute bike ride or a 7-minute walk). In addition to numerous beach chairs and wide sunbathing areas, there’s a swimming area supervised by the DLRG. So: soak up the sun and relax to your heart’s content, or take a dip in the refreshing water! On cooler days, the glistening waves invite you to take a stroll along the beach and soak up the wonderful North Sea atmosphere.

You can reach the larger Nordbad and the town center in about 5–10 minutes by bike.

On Borkum, you’ll find wonderful bike paths, interesting sights, and plenty of cozy cafes and restaurants for leisurely breaks. Enjoy your North Sea vacation to the fullest!
